REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

All payments made towards ISFM nomination, evaluation, screening, participation, investor-connect, programme registration or any other associated service are processed against administrative, evaluation and programme-related activities.

Once an application, nomination or registration has been submitted and the payment has been successfully received, the amount shall ordinarily be non-refundable and non-transferable, irrespective of whether the Applicant is selected, shortlisted, rejected, withdraws voluntarily, fails to complete documentation, does not attend a scheduled interaction, or does not proceed to any subsequent stage of the Programme.

Payment of any fee does not guarantee selection, investor interest, funding, investment, incubation, acceleration, partnership, mentorship or any other commercial outcome.

Cancellation or withdrawal by an Applicant after submission shall not create any right to claim a refund.

Where ISFM itself cancels a paid programme, service or participation opportunity and no equivalent alternative is provided, ISFM may, at its discretion or where required by applicable law, issue an appropriate refund for the relevant unutilised service.

Any duplicate payment, technical payment error or incorrect transaction may be reported to ISFM for verification. Where such claim is found to be valid, the eligible amount may be refunded to the original payment method after applicable verification.

ISFM reserves the right to reject or cancel any application in cases involving false information, misrepresentation, misconduct, non-compliance with Programme requirements or breach of applicable terms. In such cases, no refund shall ordinarily be payable.

ISFM reserves the right to amend this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time in accordance with changes in the Programme, applicable law or operational requirements.
