Information collected by ISFM may be used for application processing, startup evaluation, eligibility assessment, screening, jury review, Programme administration, applicant communication, investor matching, investor-connect, fundraising facilitation, incubation or accelerator connections, meetings, pitch sessions, record-keeping, payment administration, legal compliance and improvement of ISFM services.

ISFM may also communicate Programme updates, documentation requirements, application status, event information and relevant opportunities through email, telephone, WhatsApp or other authorised communication channels.

Submission of information to ISFM does not guarantee that any investor or third party will provide funding or enter into any commercial relationship with the Applicant.

Where consent is required under applicable law, ISFM may obtain such consent through application forms, checkboxes, electronic communications or other appropriate mechanisms.

Where a person submits information concerning another individual, such person represents that they have the necessary authority or lawful basis to provide such information to ISFM.

6. Third-Party Service Providers

ISFM may engage hosting providers, cloud platforms, CRM systems, form providers, communication platforms, payment gateways, analytics providers and other service providers for operating its website and Programme.

Information may be processed by such third parties only to the extent reasonably necessary for providing the relevant services and subject to applicable legal requirements.

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the applicable laws of India. Subject to any statutory forum having exclusive jurisdiction, disputes relating to this Policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Ajmer, Rajasthan.
