Indian Startup Fundraising Meet (“ISFM”) is committed to providing a transparent and responsive mechanism for addressing queries, complaints, grievances and legal concerns relating to the Programme, website, applications, payments, privacy, intellectual property or other associated services.

Any Applicant, participant, investor, partner, website user or other concerned person may submit a grievance or request to ISFM in writing at the contact details provided below.

A grievance should, wherever reasonably possible, include the name and contact details of the complainant, the relevant application or transaction reference, a brief description of the issue and any supporting document necessary for verification.

ISFM may request additional information where required to identify the matter, verify the complainant or investigate the grievance.

All grievances shall be reviewed in accordance with applicable law and ISFM’s internal procedures. ISFM shall make reasonable efforts to acknowledge and resolve legitimate grievances within an appropriate period, subject to the nature and complexity of the matter.

ISFM may refuse to act upon complaints that are fraudulent, abusive, repetitive, unsupported, unrelated to ISFM or submitted without sufficient information for verification.

Submitting a grievance shall not automatically suspend any contractual, payment, evaluation or Programme-related obligation unless expressly confirmed by ISFM in writing.

Nothing in this grievance mechanism shall restrict any person from approaching a competent statutory authority, regulatory body, tribunal or court where such right is available under applicable law.

ISFM reserves the right to amend this Contact & Grievance Redressal Policy from time to time in accordance with operational or legal requirements.
