Indian Startup Fundraising Meet (ISFM)

Submission of an application, nomination, registration form or supporting document to the Indian Startup Fundraising Meet (“ISFM”) does not create any right or entitlement to selection, shortlisting, investor interaction, funding, incubation, acceleration or progression to any subsequent stage of the Programme.

All applications may be reviewed, screened and evaluated on the basis of information submitted by the Applicant, Programme requirements, internal assessment criteria, jury observations, startup readiness, business model, innovation, scalability, market opportunity, traction, team capability, financial position, investment readiness and such other parameters as ISFM may consider relevant.

ISFM reserves the right to accept, reject, shortlist, defer, place on hold, seek additional information from, or discontinue the evaluation of any application at any stage of the Programme.

The evaluation process may involve ISFM representatives, internal evaluators, external jury members, mentors, investors, industry experts, incubators, accelerators or other authorised ecosystem participants. Their views, observations and decisions may form part of the assessment process.

Any evaluation, score, feedback, recommendation or selection decision shall be made solely for the purpose of administering the Programme and shall not constitute a certification, endorsement, valuation opinion, investment recommendation or guarantee regarding the commercial viability, legal compliance, financial performance or future success of any startup.

Payment of any application, evaluation, participation or Programme fee shall not influence or guarantee selection. All selection decisions shall remain subject to the applicable evaluation process and Programme criteria.

Applicants are responsible for ensuring that all information, claims, financial data, documents, registrations, ownership details, intellectual property statements and other materials submitted to ISFM are true, complete and accurate. ISFM may reject or terminate an application where any information is found to be false, misleading, fabricated, materially incomplete or unauthorised.

ISFM may request additional documents, clarification, interviews, presentations, pitch sessions or other information before making or confirming any selection decision.

Selection or shortlisting at one stage shall not automatically guarantee progression to any subsequent stage. ISFM may undertake further evaluation, verification, due diligence or screening before permitting an Applicant to participate in investor interactions or other Programme activities.

Where an Applicant is introduced to an investor, venture capital firm, angel investor, family office, incubator, accelerator or other ecosystem participant, any subsequent investment, funding, partnership or engagement decision shall remain entirely independent and shall be made by the concerned parties.

ISFM does not guarantee that any shortlisted or selected startup will receive funding, investment, investor interest, term sheets, grants, incubation, acceleration, mentorship or any other commercial opportunity.

ISFM may modify evaluation criteria, selection stages, Programme timelines, number of selected startups, jury composition or other procedural requirements where reasonably necessary for the effective administration of the Programme.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ISFM and Aspire Seed Solutions Private Limited shall not be liable for any loss, expectation, opportunity cost, business decision or commercial consequence arising from rejection, non-selection, delayed selection, change in Programme structure or failure to secure funding or investor interest.

This Application & Selection Disclaimer shall be read together with the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and General Disclaimer of ISFM.
