The information, services, communications, investor introductions, startup evaluations, programme materials and other content made available through the Indian Startup Fundraising Meet (“ISFM”) are provided for general informational, evaluation, networking and fundraising facilitation purposes only.

ISFM is operated and managed by Aspire Seed Solutions Private Limited. ISFM does not guarantee any investment, funding, grant, loan, incubation, acceleration, investor meeting, commercial partnership, selection, approval or financial outcome to any Applicant, startup, founder or participant.

Any reference to investors, venture capital firms, angel investors, family offices, incubators, accelerators, funding opportunities, investment pools or potential fundraising capacity represents the intended scope or facilitation framework of the Programme and shall not be construed as a commitment that any particular amount of funding will be raised, deployed or invested.

Any investment, funding or commercial decision shall be made independently by the concerned investor, startup and other relevant parties following their own assessment, due diligence, negotiation and legal documentation.

ISFM does not provide investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, securities advice or any guarantee regarding the suitability, profitability or success of any investment, startup or business opportunity. Participants are advised to obtain independent professional advice before entering into any financial, legal, investment or commercial transaction.

Information provided by startups, investors, partners or other third parties may be relied upon for evaluation and facilitation purposes. While reasonable efforts may be made to verify material information, ISFM does not warrant that all third-party information is complete, accurate, current or free from error.

Participation in ISFM, payment of any applicable fee, submission of a nomination or progression through any evaluation stage does not create any entitlement to funding, investor interest, final selection or any other commercial outcome.

ISFM may facilitate introductions between independent parties but shall not, unless expressly agreed in writing, be considered a party, broker, guarantor, fiduciary or representative in any investment or commercial transaction entered into between such parties.

ISFM and Aspire Seed Solutions Private Limited shall not be liable, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, for any indirect, incidental, consequential, speculative or commercial loss arising from reliance upon Programme information, investment decisions, unsuccessful fundraising, third-party conduct, business decisions or participation in ISFM.

All logos, trademarks, names, content and intellectual property belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance in ISFM material shall not, unless expressly stated, be interpreted as endorsement, sponsorship, partnership or affiliation.

ISFM reserves the right to modify Programme structure, evaluation criteria, timelines, participation requirements, investor interactions, event formats and associated processes where reasonably necessary.

This Disclaimer shall be read together with the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy published by ISFM.
